What can you say about the first meal of the day? Pooh has it spot on.

Breakfast is exciting, it is the beginning of the day and can set up the day with promise, memories of eggs cooked just right and bacon, sausages, mushrooms . And tea of course.
So with the exciting thought of breakfast in mind, we made our way to Villandry .Week day mornings are the best time to go as you don't have to wait for your breakfast.
Breakfast ordered, one English breakfast and poached eggs with spinach and avocado. Settling back and having a look around, there are two other couples in the restaurant. It is quite and a relaxed atmosphere
The tea came in pots which is always great as there is a second cup available.
